She is Passionate Nonprofit COO and Associate Director with years of successful experience restructuring organizations. Ms. Boyd special skill is operationalizing operations. Defining formal processes, set up systems, and initiate efforts to introduce formal processes. Ms. Boyd's efforts have stabilized operations, drove revenue, and launched new programs. Some of her most recent accomplishments include:

FORMAL ORGANIZATIONAL PROCEDURES / BOARD GOVERNANCE: Operationalized financial management, human resources, asset and property management systems for real estate portfolio of 1000+ units and 17 commercial spaces. Developed/managed new programs, coordinated outside attorneys and lobbyists and partnered with funders, philanthropists, and politicians. Worked with Board to achieve effective governance.

ASSET MANAGEMENT: Assessed overall portfolio for vacancies (13%), backlog of work orders, and NYC overbilling. Captured NYC refunds of $500K+ for water/sewer overbilling, reduced work order backlog to < 30 days, achieved commercial & home unit occupancy rates of 100% and 95%+.

CLIENT CHOICE FOOD PANTRY & DEMO KITCHEN: Provided executive support/guidance for project introducing new “Client Choice” pantry model. Located funding ($4.4M) and set up operations. Obtained $15K grant to establish aquaponics project. Served 19K clients annually.

NBC FEATURE / INTL RECOGNITION: Achieved intl. recognition through MegaCities short-docs for “Client Choice” pantry model - Communities for Healthy Food Initiative youth program featured by NBC GIVE Program.
